Post subject:  World Alterations

    - Altered the location in "East of Whispering Springs" that you enter into to be further south. Location in Black crater remains the same. I edited ~10 room descriptions to eliminate reference to where it used to be 10 years ago, beware you Mapper people :)
    - Renamed "East of Whispering Springs" to "South of Whispering Springs" given that it hasn't actually been east.... for 10 years?
    - Darkhounds: You'll notice that Hollow the Darkhound now assists his master AND gives notations. Subsequently, I've updated the notations on all darkhounds in the game. (Thank you sylibus for this typo)
    - Fade mobs: (29) mobs will /all/ provide notations now, 5 of them did not, and not all uniformly before. (Thank you Armitage for this typo :)
    - "a malevolent captain" (Blight Fortress) will now give notations. (Armitage, .... leave the poor fortress alone!!!)
    - Just to support you guys in your typo hunting: Fixed 15 typos tonight. All grammar stuff, nothing with gameplay impact.

    - Per Niila, It has been made so that Aes Sedai Anioulan will accept Ter'angreal and Angreal type objects from everyone in the mud.
      - White Tower members will receive clan points
      - Warder Students will receive clan point + gold
      - Anyone not affiliated with the tower will receive gold
    Please note any difficulties with this and let us know.
    - Fixed the campfire objects, they previously weren't letting you use the get command,... for anything other than "get torch campfire." No longer a problem.

- Leadable trolloc mobs had a bug with them that allowed them to be lead by anyone (anyone as in.. everyone in the MUD). Now they can only be lead by the clan which the trigger was wrote for (that being clan 517..)
-> Due to this change, some clans will lose their leadable mobs for a few days while I rework the trigger to actually work based on the mobs clan instead of a clan number.
